53 representatives attended the 11th Consultation, representing 40 countries, churches and organisations. The meeting was held in the Westminster Thistle Hotel, Buckingham Palace Road, London.

THURSDAY 16 September 2010

Opening Ceremony

St Paul's Cathedral

The Consultation opened with Evensong at St Paul's Cathedral,

followed by the Official Opening Ceremony.

NETWORK ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS

Constitution

Changes to the constitution were agreed to allow for the appointment of a Treasurer for the Network.

Finance

Fr Stavros presented the Financial Report of the Network.

It was agreed to accept the offer from SKVG ( Netherlands) to open and operate a bank account in the name of the network in the Netherlands.

The consultation approved the recommendation that Robert Koorneef (Netherlands) be Treasurer of the Network.


Next Consultation

It was agreed that the 12th Consultation of the Network take place in the Netherlands in 2012, organised by Simon Evers and VGVZ. Simon further invited the Network Committee to be present at the 40th Anniversary Celebrations of VGVZ in Utrecht in June 2011.
